Camera Strap - Brown

$65.00 Sold Out

I've been working on this design for a couple years now.

I never really could find what I was after in a camera strap. Everything online seemed too something: too itchy, too branded, too flashy. I don't know, maybe I just like making stuff myself. I've gotten to a point now where I'm happy with the design so put in a leather order and hunted down some proper hardware.

What are the ingredients?

This guy is made with Wickett & Craig English Bridle Leather (3.8mm thick) and solid brass hardware, it's really beautiful stuff. *chef kiss*

Can it hold my baby?

It's pictured here on my little Fuji (read: a not heavy camera), but a good friend has this on her Pentax 6x7 film camera (read: a real chunky camera).** I also used this same leather to fix a strap on my 7 week old nephew's carrying basket. In other words, I've literally carried a baby with this stuff, and your Canon 1Dx Mark ii, 70-200mm 2.8L and battery pack (read: a real shiny camera) is the same weight and far less valuable (sorry).

Is it 39.3701" long?

Nope. It's one metre long and 4.5cm wide.

Cool I want one, when will it get to me?

I make each strap to order, so probably in a couple weeks (no later than a month) after you click the button. I'll be sending information to you as it's being made and shipped and all that.

What if I really hate it?

I really hope you don't. But if you want to return it or have any questions, send me an email at [email protected] with your problem and we can work it out like people. I make no bones about this, this is 100 metric percent a side hustle, so we're going to have to deal with this more relationally and less Amazon-y. Jeff Bezos is the richest man in the world, I own no cutlery.

**HEADS UP: I make these in my basement. So while there's very few points of failure and I fully trust them on my own gear and human babies, I truly can't guarantee it.
